As a tried and true New Yorker, born and raised in Queens and currently nesting in Brooklyn, I'm adept at rolling with the punches and advocating change for the greater good. The greater good being you and change being both the physical and nonphysical states of being. You have to change your mind before you can change your body - and yes EVERYONE can change.

I changed. I stepped away from a successful career as a network news producer to follow my passion for health and fitness. I began my health career with a job as a freelance online health editor while attending New York University, where I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Journalism. My affinity for fitness can be seen in the reporting I did on a wide range of health-related stories for ABC News, NBC News and News 4 New York. My strong commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle stems from my own personal struggle with weight loss and lethargy: I shed over 135 lbs. through a diet and exercise program I designed. In the process, I unearthed my contagious creative energy and deep love for exercise, as well as an innate ability to teach, motivate and support others. I love to challenge my clients to challenge themselves and push them to reach their full potential.

It's now my profession to help be people be their best selves by bringing them face to face with who they are and what they are capable of.

In my teaching I get you to confront the unseen energies and belief systems that inhabit you and then guide you through the trenches to access your strength and release the negative while amplifying the positive. I want you to dig deep, go there, get weird, get loud, lose yourself and change into the person you never knew you could be.
